JOB SUMMARY: The Admin Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for expansion and maintenance activities, including leasing documentation and pre-construction requirements. The role ensures timely coordination with Finance, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Facilitate payment coordination between Finance, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
· Manage leasing documents and associated administrative requirements.
· Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely processing of advance payments, security deposits, construction bonds, and all essential pre-construction requirements.
· Maintain Excel trackers for payments, leasing, contractors, and maintenance activities
· Coordinate the mobilization of contractors for maintenance and store repair activities.
· Prepare reports and provide status updates to the Expansion Team
