Job Description

Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and office operations.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
Liaise with Chinese-speaking clients; Mandarin proficiency is required.
Support management in administrative and operational tasks.
Answer calls, emails, and follow up on client enquiries.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of administrative working experience.
Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese clients).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
