Job Requirements
Must be at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field;
- BPO work experience is an advantage;
- Preferably 1 – 4 years experienced employees specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent;
- Willing to work Australian Time (5:00 AM to 3:00 PM);
- Hardworking, highly organized, trustworthy and flexible;
- Must be fluent in oral and written English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills;
- Must be presentable and have good interpersonal skills;
- Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required);
- Must be computer literate (MS Applications, Social Media, etc.);
- Can work with minimum supervision.
