Job Description
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers.
Compare and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing and invoices.
Update purchasing data into the internal system or database.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders.
Prepare purchasing reports and cost analysis.
Ensure all purchasing documents are properly filled and recorded.
