Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients upon arrival in a professional manner.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
- Clerical Support: Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
- Mail & Security: Sort and distribute mail/deliveries and follow safety procedures, including visitor logbook management.
