Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients upon arrival in a professional manner.
  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
  • Clerical Support: Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
