The Main Responsibilities Of An ADMIN SUPERVISOR Include
- Closely supervises the timely processing of facilities/maintenance/repair requests.
- Timely processes all Vehicle Job Requests and coordinates repair of the same to concerned parties. Encodes the same to FMS timely.
- Closely supervises regular aircon maintenance, electricity maintenance and regular pests control of HBD and UAAGI offices.
- Closely supervises the asset tagging and accounting to ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted.
- Closely supervises and leads the annual asset inventory.
- Closely supervises the triggering of LTO registration to avoid delays.
