Roles & Responsiblities Supports logistic/sales team by performing admin tasks related to the pet's move. Answering incoming phone calls and taking down messages or transferring call to the correct person-in-charge. Provides administrative support. Prepare invoice, memo and forms. Prepare schedule of works, documents for respective shipment. Application of documentation online and ensure accuracy entries Carries out administrative duties such as quotations, invoicing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
