Admin Support Officer:
- Initial 6 months contract with chance of extension

We are seeking an Admin Support Officer to Provides operational and administrative support to retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the execution of the retailer agreement documentation for new, relocating outlets, sale of business and existing retailers, ensuring compliance with regulatory business requirements.
- Manages and updates core Retailer Agreement components, such as business structure, Business representatives, Bank Guarantees and Leasing to ensure that Agreement remains valid when changes occur.
- Initiates and manages a weekly financial reconciliation and bank sweep process for retailers across a large and diverse network.
