About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist with customer-facing tasks and daily administrative operations. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple digital platforms efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update lead and recipient records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages, documenting details and providing appropriate resolutions or escalations
- Prepare, process, and reconcile reports, schedules, and operational data on a daily and weekly basis
- Support delivery coordination, client follow-ups, and administrative documentation
- Maintain public-facing forms, templates, and webpages
