About the role



The successful candidate will commence as an on-hired employee, with hours from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and additional overtime as required. You will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role after the successful completion of a probationary period and pre-employment checks. This role involves working closely with site supervisors - looking after all the administration aspects of claims.

Duties



  • Inbound and outbound calls

  • Schedule daily bookings

  • Confirm and enter job details

  • Liaise with Project Managers and site supervisors

  • Complete reports, quotes and other ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Provide outstanding customer service and strive to achieve targets and KPIs
