- General office management such as filling, answering incoming calls, follow up customer and documentation
- Record meeting minutes and documents
- Performing other relevant duties and assists when needed
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Mandarin & English
- No work experience required. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge about Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Has a good personality and attitudes
- Responsible and willing to learn.
