We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work on a casual basis alongside our established team of Administration staff in supporting the hospital’s Admissions and Wards. As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include performing a broad range of administration duties including:
Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
