**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide administrative support to management and team members.
+ Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
+ Create and schedule transportation shipment request.
+ Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
+ Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks.
+ Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).
+ Five (5)+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred.
