From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. About the Job:
Assist with facilities management; office space planning, manage seating maps, coordinate with landlord - booking loading dock/garbage recycle/air conditioning/leaking/kitchen sink clog/water filter replacement/light changing etc.
Coordinate during relocation projects, staff moves, meeting room management; coordinate office leasing, renovation, construction project with operation team in Canada
