Reporting to the Team Leader, the Administrative Assistant role is responsible for administrative and supportive duties for the Disability Administration department and working closely with the Litigation Team. The Disability Admin team provides critical support to the Health and Disability Litigation team providing litigation reporting, litigation settlement cheques, preparing new action files, etc.
What you will do
- Issuing Litigation Settlement and Reinstatement Funds
- Preparing and sending Litigation cheques
- Bankruptcy and Fraud recovery
- Preparing monthly Litigation Reports
- New Action file assignment and completion
- Provide and participate in cross training. Act as back‑up when needed
- Other admin tasks as required
What you will bring
- Post‑Secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
