About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at Maraputra Sdn Berhad in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Performing general office duties
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
