We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and help ensure the team runs efficiently. This role will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain records, assist with communications, and provide general support across departments.


Responsibilities

+ Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows

+ Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations

Requirements
