Position
Appeals Adjudicator – an administrative role managing, investigating, and responding to appeals received via post or email.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public
- Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion
- Maintain the highest standards of work quality
- Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management
- Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service
- Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Able to process detailed information effectively and consistently
- Able to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals even when the object at stake is of no direct personal interest
- Able to adjust to existing rules, procedures and policy, seeking reinforcement from the right authority when in doubt
