Position

Appeals Adjudicator – an administrative role managing, investigating, and responding to appeals received via post or email.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public
  • Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Maintain the highest standards of work quality
  • Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management
  • Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service
  • Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures
