Our Client is seeking a confident and responsive Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary basis for 2 months, covering key workload areas during periods of absence. This is a busy, varied role with genuine impact: you’ll help keep employee processes moving smoothly, support day-to-day HR enquiries, and ensure important records are organised accurately—so the team can focus on delivering an excellent employee experience.

Required Skills To succeed in this role, you will bring:

1 years’ experience managing administrative tasks with high attention to detail (HR experience is helpful, but not essential)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
