Administrator, Maintenance (Construction Operations)

The Administrator, Maintenance plays a key role in supporting construction and repairs operations by coordinating maintenance requests, managing work order queues, and assisting with vendor and project coordination across multiple properties.

You will work closely with construction leadership to ensure timely execution of repairs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Coordinate and manage maintenance and construction-related work orders
• Create, assign, and track work orders from start to completion
• Facilitate work order allocation within the maintenance queue
• Submit and track vendor bids for repair and construction projects
• Support vendor coordination and maintain knowledge of preferred vendors
