We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service Administrator for a fantastic company in the Letchworth area. In this role, you will ensure the smooth progression of customer orders from initial intake through to dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with an established portfolio of business clients.

* Manage shared inboxes and phone lines, responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

* Support Goods In processes and resolve product-related queries.

* Process customer orders from start to finish ensuring accuracy at all times

* Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers to update

* Coordinate returns and credits with accuracy.

* Assist with export compliance documentation alongside the Export Administrator.

* Manage quarantine stock.
