Key Responsibilities
Admissions Campaigns & Outreach
Assist in the design and execution of annual admissions campaigns in coordination with marketing and academic teams. Support outreach initiatives (school visits, fairs, webinars, and digital campaigns). Track and report lead generation and engagement metrics. Ensure consistent brand representation across all admission communication channels.
Application & Candidate
Management Manage the admissions lifecycle: Applications, candidate communication, follow-up, and documentation. Ensure timely updates and data accuracy within the CRM system (HubSpot, Eudonet). Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
