Join ONE CARE as the Adult Day Program Clinical Lead, where you'll provide critical guidance and clinical expertise to ensure high-quality client care across Huron County.
In this pivotal position, the Clinical Lead will engage with clients and caregivers, assessing their needs and working toward client-centered solutions. You will play an essential role in mentoring staff and implementing program strategies while maintaining a cohesive work environment. Your knowledge of community-based services and gerontology will be invaluable in delivering optimal care.
