Advance System Administrator - Network & Server

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

• 3+ year network & windows server experience required.

• Ability to interface effectively with various levels of management, customers, and parts of operations.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.

Required / Core Skills:

• Unifi Network Infrastructure (setup, configuration, and management).

• Networking Fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless networks).

• Cybersecurity (threat prevention, endpoint protection, patch management).

• Backup Management.

• Experience with Cove Data Protection (formerly SolarWinds Cove).

• Understanding of backup policies, monitoring, and recovery.

• End user support.
