Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Service Care Solutions are recruiting to support a major Primary Care Centre, located in Morcombe and Heysham.
Are you looking for a locum placement, with flexible clinics to work around your diary? Primary Care (GP Surgery)
Rate: £50 per hour (LTD)
Flexible to work around your dairy
Contract Length: long term locum
We are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well-established practice team.
Conduct same-day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
Perform F2F and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS .
