Advanced Support Engineer – Oracle Customer Success Services

Oracle customer success services provides customers with highly personalized advanced-level premium support and services on all Oracle products and technologies. The role of an advanced support engineer is to deliver expert-level consulting and advisory services, perform architectural design, implementation, and configuration, support customers' Oracle database and cloud infrastructure, modernize infrastructure by upgrading and migrating to the latest cloud platform, and resolve technical issues.
