Job Description
The position
holder is responsible for the system management activities of IT systems/applications for portfolio management. It includes operation, maintenance, release, change, patch management, Incident and problem management for supported systems according to ITIL framework.Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards and NN QMS.Change & Release Management: participate in new releases, design review, risk assessment and perform qualification activities of the changes in scope. Handling Change requests to comply with the Change Management work instruction.Close collaboration with external vendor and ensuring that vendor deliverables are in quality and timelines are adhered, participate in Annual Periodic reviews (user review report, configuration review report, IT periodic system evaluation), communicate and involve relevant stakeholders, alignment with LoB stakeholders, System Owners, Product Managers, IT QA as needed.
