Advisor, IG Wealth Connect (Alberta)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Advisor will provide financial planning advice and ongoing client servicing to a segment of client accounts nationally. The Advisor will ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are adhered to in all their activities. This position is also responsible for delivering financial planning advice and an outstanding client experience.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Manage day-to-day priorities servicing inbound/outbound client, proactive campaigns and retention activities

Provide financial planning advice - assist with estate planning, debt management, insurance and mortgage.

Meet all standards of financial planning and advice and ensure regulatory guidelines are adhered to during all interactions.

Manage escalations - review each issue with consideration, collaborate with other business units, initiate appropriate action to betaken to resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
