**Description:**
You will be the Aeronautical Engineering Associate Manager for the Design Process Integration Team which is responsible for shaping engineering design policies, procedures, and tool usage across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Aeronautical Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading first‑line engineering and Design Process Integration efforts, driving process innovation, and ensuring rigorous documentation standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead first‑line engineering efforts and guide the Design Process Integration team in policy creation and maintenance.
+ Develop, document, and validate Build‑To‑Package (BTP) processes and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements.
+ Conduct engineering tool testing, implementation, and support for the Project Saber PLM segment.
+ Oversee daily operations of the Design Release and Data Transfer organizations, coordinating with DPI polici...
