**Strategic context:**
The **Africa MCO** is part of the new international region, and covers mostly countries: Egypt, Algeria, South Africa, Tunisia & Morocco. This role as **Africa MCO Medical Head, Pharma** will be leading the medical organization for Pharma in Africa MCO. Medical Pharma in the MCOs will combine Specialty Care and General Medicines medical teams. Sales size for Pharma is about 0.8 Bn Euros sales combining specialty care and general medicines mandates with double digit growth expected with specialty care portfolio.
