Afternoon Community Care Worker: Travel Between Clients

Radis Group is seeking an Afternoon Care Worker to provide care in clients' homes in Ashbourne DE6. This part-time role includes supporting personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation during shifts from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, with potential morning support as needed.
