What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Ag Procurement Manager, agronomy teams, sales staff, and operational leaders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, agro and aerial teams
- Act as a communication hub between suppliers, ag teams and aerial teams
- Support onboarding and training of seasonal or administrative staff as needed
- Support agronomy teams in executing customer crop input programs and service plans
- Contribute to a positive customer experience
- Monitor product availability and assist in aligning procurement decisions with market demand
- Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery tracking, validating sales, and inventory reconciliation
- Schedule and manage aerial application services, ensuring optimal timing based on agronomic needs and weather
