Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to enable high-performing, self-organizing teams delivering complex data and enterprise solutions. The Agile Coach will foster agile mindset and practices across teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, support Operational Value Stream applications, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful multi-year program execution.
Required Experience 5+ years of experience coaching agile teams in complex enterprise or data-driven projects Proven delivery experience in multi-year transformation programs (FSI experience preferred) Hands-on exposure to data platforms including Data Lakes and relational databases Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
