Required Skills & Experience
- Enterprise PM experience: 2–4+ years managing large, high-risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments
- Strong, assertive PM leadership: Proactive “activist” PM who can drive projects forward, make tough decisions, and push back when needed
- Deep Agile expertise: Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), with flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments
- Full lifecycle ownership: Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects (often 3–4 at a time)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management: Confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremoniesNice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Scrum Master, CSM/PSM, or other Agile certifications
