Reporting to the Training Supervisor, you'll be a key player in the Training Department. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, tracking employee performance, and collaborating with departments for evaluations. You will ensure all training content meets procedures and regulatory standards while actively participating in the improvement of training methods.
