Agricultural UAV Pilot (Drone Pilot – Precision Agriculture)

Aspalta Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural UAV Pilot to support our precision agriculture operations in Uganda. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering drone-based services including crop spraying, aerial mapping, and field data collection. This position requires hands-on field experience, strong technical knowledge of UAV systems, and the ability to work efficiently in agricultural environments. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of professional experience operating agricultural drones and be committed to safety, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery. Salary will be determined based on experience and performance during the interview process.
