Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually
Midwest Co-op is currently accepting resumes for the position of Agronomy & Feed Division Manager. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Agronomy and Feed Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and growth of the organization’s Agronomy and Feed divisions. This role drives profitability through effective procurement, cost distribution, price management, marketing initiatives, innovation, and business development. The Agronomy and Feed Manager ensures that both divisions deliver exceptional value to progressive crop and livestock producers while maintaining compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP
