Job Description
Python-focused AI Backend Engineer with strong experience building production-grade FastAPI services and AI agent workflows
Must Have:
Backend Engineering
2–3+ years of Python experience building production-grade services
Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI , including:
Async execution patterns
API design & error handling
Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD , especially within Azure DevOps
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Hands-on experience building end-to-end RAG systems
Experience with:
Document ingestion & parsing
Chunking strategies
Embedding generation & indexing
AI Agents & Frameworks
Expertise in at least one AI framework such as:
LangChain
Microsoft Agent Framework
Semantic Kernel
Google ADK
Data & Storage
Strong SQL skills, preferably Microsoft SQL Server Query writing, validation, optimization
Data ingestion
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB
Ways of Working
