We are evolving from a traditional VA agency into an AI-powered workforce company. To lead this transformation, we are hiring an AI Capability & Certification Lead. This is not a traditional training role. This is a zero-to-one systems-building role focused on defining AI standards, embedding automation into workflows, and creating a certification framework that strengthens our competitive moat.
