Senior AI & Data Systems Engineer

Location: Spain (remote)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust AI/ML pipelines, focusing on Generative AI (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate complex agronomic interpretations.
• Lead the architectural transition toward a centralized, high‑performance data repository, ensuring seamless data ingestion and normalization from heterogeneous global sources.
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop Summarized Data Subsets and interactive dashboard metrics that enhance our BeCrop portal.
• Build high‑quality, open‑source‑ready Python tooling, ensuring reproducibility, containerization, and modern CI/CD/MLOps workflows.
• Implement rigorous data‑versioning strategies aligned with ISO27001 standards, ensuring IP protection while enabling data enrichment.
