AI Enablement Specialist (LifeWave)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, hands‐on AI Enablement Specialist to drive AI adoption and enablement across the organization. This role owns the AI enablement roadmap, focused on designing and delivering education programs that empower internal AI champions to build practical AI solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, while helping broader teams adopt AI into their day‐to‐day workflows. This is a blend of AI adoption, enablement, training, change management, and cross‐functional partnership. Rather than acting as a centralized builder, this person helps scale AI capability by enabling business users to confidently create AI‐augmented workflows themselves. The role works closely with technical AI teams, business stakeholders, and global teams to drive practical adoption and measurable usage.
