AI Engineer (Automation)

Job Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Automation Development: Build and deploy AI agents, intelligent chatbots, and automation workflows for various use cases using LLMs (e.g., Sales, Recruitment, Claims).
• Process Design & Optimization: Analyze and map manual or repetitive processes to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Continuously undertake R&D efforts on predictive analytics, augmented analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Client & Internal Projects: Develop and deliver automation solutions across both internal operations and client-facing environments in the IT services and retail space.
• Exploration & R&D: Contribute to innovation through independent research, prototyping, and implementation of emerging automation and AI frameworks such as Langchain and CrewAI.
