Job Description
HDFC Bank is looking for a highly experienced and technically strong AI Red Team Unit Lead to build, operationalize, and lead the Bank’s AI Red Team function. This is a strategic yet deeply hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing and executing adversarial attack simulations on both traditional systems and cutting-edge AI systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Offensive Security Testing, AI Security, Agentic AI systems, and Red Team operations, with the ability to establish enterprise-grade offensive AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the Bank’s AI Red Team from the ground up.
- Develop and operationalize autonomous Agentic systems capable of executing adversarial attacks on the Bank’s AI and traditional technology systems.
