JOB OVERVIEW Requirements:
- Must have strong English & clear communication
- Comfortable using AI tools for scriptwriting (ChatGPT or similar)
- Able to follow structured prompts exactly as provided
- Strong understanding of YouTube storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention
- Able to edit and refine AI outputs to sound natural and engaging
- Organized and able to work closely with researchers and editors
- Able to work 8 hours daily consistently
