Job Description
Axiom IT Solutions Pte Ltd is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in Microsoft Teams Voice, Collaboration, Security and Artificial Intelligent services. We are actively promoting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio for SME and Enterprises in Singapore. We also developed our own Axiom AI Voice agents for AI Receptions, AI Call Centers, AI reminder and AI Elderly call solutions. We have been awarded Microsoft Copilot for SME programme for customer growth, aswell as winner of Top 20 Global Copilot Customer Success stories from Microsoft.
As part of our growth plan to build Agentic AI solutions, we are looking for AI Engineers to work on expanding our business. Your primary role is to develop new features and maintain existing features in our AI Voice Agents, help customer in the design of AI agents and implementation of AI workflow and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio or other similar software.
