Role Purpose
As a key contributor within our Air organization, this role focuses on successfully implementing new customers in close collaboration with Sales, Operations (OPS), Customer Experience (CX), and the customer. You will also play a central role in designing, improving, and scaling air freight operational processes that enable efficient, high-quality, and customer-centric operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Implementation & Onboarding
Partner with Sales, OPS/CX, and customers to lead end-to-end customer implementations.
Engage directly with customers to understand their business needs, operational requirements, and success criteria.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Air Operations, Tender Management, IT, and other support functions to align solutions.
