Air Export Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Coordination: Arrange and manage air freight shipments from origin to destination, including collections, bookings, and deliveries.
- Documentation: Prepare and process air waybills, export declarations, arrival notices, delivery orders, and customs documents.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet U.S. and international regulations, including permits for controlled goods.
- Carrier Communication: Work closely with airlines, truckers, and carriers to confirm bookings, status updates, and transportation arrangements.
