We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Forwarder Agent to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding operations and be familiar with shipment coordination, airline bookings, customs documentation, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export air freight shipments
- Prepare and review shipping documents including MAWB, HAWB, manifests, and customs paperwork
- Communicate with airlines, warehouses, trucking companies, and customs brokers
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
- Arrange cargo pickups and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with CBSA, airline, and international shipping regulations
- Resolve shipment issues and delays promptly
- Maintain accurate shipment records and data entry
