ALN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs

Rate: £90 - £95 per day

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistant to join our client school supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties .

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils with SLD, PMLD, autism, physical disabilities and complex learning needs
• Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual development plans
• Occasionally assisting with personal care, mobility and wellbeing , ensuring dignity and safety
• Supporting sensory, communication and differentiated learning activities
• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and inclusion
• Working closely with teachers and specialist professionals
