Take on the role of Cost Control Analyst for the ALTO project at SYSTRA Canada, where you will manage project costs and support financial reporting efforts. Optimize budget planning for transportation solutions.
As a pivotal member of the project team, you will report to the DJV Cost Control Lead focusing on all dimensions of project cost management. This position is well-suited for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in construction cost analysis, ideally in rail and public transit projects. Your role will significantly contribute to accurate financial governance in the ALTO project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user support and training for GTMS timesheet system
• Ensure timely weekly timesheet reviews for data accuracy
• Facilitate bi-monthly timesheet consolidation for invoicing
• Supervise invoicing preparation and contractual compliance
• Create and implement standardized financial reports and templates
